摘要文章以案例分析法，按照设计思维“灵感、构思、迭代”等的思维方式，对设计思维在新型公共图书馆建设中的实际应用做详细分析，归纳其应用特点，指出当下我国新型公共图书馆建设存在“设计思维理论普及不够广泛、专业人员匮乏，实际应用不够深入”等问题，提出“加强设计思维理念普及和实践应用、保持充分的耐心及开放度，根据实际情况做本土化调整”等解决措施，实现新型公共图书馆创新发展的目标。

Abstract：Guided by the design principle of "inspiration, conception and iteration", the article analyzes in detail the practical application of design thinking in the construction of public libraries through a case study. The article summarizes the characteristics of its application and points out the problems in the construction of public libraries in China, for example, the theory of design thinking is not widely popularized, there is a lack of professionals, and the practical application is not thorough enough. Finally, the article proposes solutions such as strengthening the popularization and practical application of design thinking concepts, maintaining sufficient patience and openness, and making localized adjustments accordingly. Our goal is to achieve the innovative development of public libraries.
